1. Refund & Returns Policy

PWR Women is a small, independent activewear brand. Every return is reviewed personally, and this policy reflects the realities of operating at our size.

Return window Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at returns@pwrwomen.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Return shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As a small business, we're not yet able to offer free returns, and we ask customers to cover the cost of sending items back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email that it has been received. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

Exchanges If you'd like a different size or colour, the fastest way to secure it is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at returns@pwrwomen.com if you'd like help with this.

Faulty or incorrect items If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at returns@pwrwomen.com within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or worn. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at returns@pwrwomen.com.
